Autumn in NY Workshop

Learn how to create a beautiful 10" x 10" Fall inspired Charcuterie arrangement on an eco friendly palm leaf plate. Participants will learn how to create a beautiful arrangement using artisanal cured meats, cheeses, seasonal fresh and dried fruits, artisanal chocolates, and other delicious grazing acoutrema, and learn basic Garde Manger (gar-ma-jay).





Workshop Includes

▪︎ set up of grazing and build out station where you will create your arrangements.

▪︎ guided instructions on how to create a beautiful charcuterie and cheese arrangement.

▪︎ refreshments provided

▪︎ cheese + charcuterie to nibble while you build your arrangement

▪︎ tailored packaging to take your arrangement home in.



Guests 21+ are welcome to BYOB.
