Winter Solstice Euphoric Glow Flow

Step into the light and celebrate the Winter Solstice with a Glow Yoga experience that fuses movement, rhythm and magic. Flow through Vinyasa Remix (non-heated) practice under blacklights as nostalgic beats ignite your spirit and help you shake off the year’s heaviness. Let your body move freely, your soul shine brightly, and your inner light rise with the rhythm.

End with an art project where you After practice, we’ll ground this light through a Gold Foil Art ritual, working on a shimmering piece that symbolizes the return of the sun and your own inner radiance. Each stroke and gilded touch becomes an intention—honoring the gold within you that always shines, even in the darkest seasons. All art materials provided

Doors open at 7 PM (get your glow on with provided body art), flow starts at 7:30. Led by Stephanie.

Wear white or neon to glow under the lights. Release the old, recharge your spirit, and raise your frequency as we flow under the black lights and step into 2026 with joy, freedom, and light.
