This peaceful early-morning session, kindly led by yoga instructor Jenny Meehan, is all about supporting mental health and raising awareness of the vital work SAFE does in providing free counselling to those in need.

As the sun rises, take time to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself and with your community. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, this is a welcoming space to start your day with intention, serenity, and support for a powerful cause.
