A rising voice in Irish folk rock, Kevin Quigley is a songwriter and storyteller whose music
balances raw emotion with poetic clarity. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Bob Dylan,
Glen Hansard, John Prine and Bruce Springsteen, Quigley’s solo performances strip his
sound back to its most powerful core: a voice, a guitar, and the stories that bind us all.
Currently on a solo tour across Ireland, Quigley is showcasing material from his forthcoming
debut EP Catch You Down the Road, out September 26th. His latest single, Clock Ticks On
(dropping August 15th), is a reflective and soul-stirring track about staying present amidst
life’s chaos, a theme that runs deep through his writing. Self-produced and lyrically rich, it
marks a new chapter in his evolution as both an artist and producer.
Whether on stage in Whelan’s, Connolly’s of Leap, or the Cork Opera House, Quigley has a
rare ability to create intimacy in a room, holding audiences with nothing more than honesty,
melody, and presence. His solo shows highlight the heart of his craft; authentic, thoughtful
songs that linger long after the last chord rings out.
