Low Back & Hip Care Workshop

Your low back and hips don’t have to ache. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll break down the most common reasons women feel back/hip pain—and exactly what you can do each day to feel better and get stronger.
What we’ll cover
- Why backs flare: tight hips, weak glutes, poor bracing, long sitting, and sneaky ankle limitations
- How to move: hip hinge vs. “back bend,” safe squatting and lifting basics
- Daily 10-minute routine: simple mobility + strength you can actually keep up with
- Flare-up plan: what to do on “ouch” days (and what to avoid)
You’ll leave with
- A one-page Back & Hip Daily plan
- A short Flare-Day Reset you can do anywhere
- Personalized form tips from a coach
Who it’s for: Beginners to active lifters, desk-sitters, moms, anyone dealing with nagging back/hip stiffness or on-again/off-again pain.
What to bring: Comfy clothes, water, and a smile!
