Beltane, the Celtic festival marking the start of Summer, is a celebration of light, life, and connection. Whether you’re new to seasonal practices or simply seeking a morning of calm and creativity, this retreat will welcome and inspire you.
Join Aimée from Wild Tide Yoga and Rosie Steer, author of best-selling Slow Seasons (@everythinglooksrosie), for a half-day retreat in the beautiful Tyninghame Village Hall filled with movement, creativity, natural beauty and deep rest, all designed to leave you feeling balanced and inspired.
What’s Included:
• Seasonal Yoga: Guided by Aimée, this gentle practice will align you with the uplifting energy of early summer, helping you live more in tune with the rhythms of the season.
• Breathwork: Soothe your nervous system and promote a sense of calm with mindful breathing techniques that restore balance and clarity.
