Wellbeing Walk to Wood & Coast at Mersehead

Put on your boots and leave behind your busy mind. Come down to the reserve to sense the surroundings and immerse yourself in nature.

Join our guide on this walk through the wood and onto our shore, taking in nature's wonders and scenery, while using some simple tricks to destress and enjoy the moment - without interruption.

Walk will include some short moments of Forest Bathing and T'ai Chi, learning basic ways to relax and clear the mind.

This will involve walking through our woodland and over part of the sandflat.

Not suitable for wheelchairs, as some places may be uneven or muddy.

Cost: £4 or £5 per ticket

Please note, as the reserve location is prone to flooding, we ask that all individuals/groups attending provide a telephone number, so we can notify you in advance if the event is cancelled.
