The Chakras & Sound Journey with Rachel

Come & Join Rachel in a session to learn all about The Chakras, our energy centres in the body. Learn about the 7 main Chakras in the body and how sound frequencies can support balancing the Chakras. We will match the sound to The Chakra and be guided on a meditation to connect with these energy centres.

There will be a short break before a sound journey immersion while you lie or sit comfortably allowing the healing frequencies to relax & balance your Chakras.

Please let me know if you would like a chair during our learning portion of the session.

Please Bring along:
Yoga/Pilates Mat
A blanket (You may want to bring 2 for one underneath you for sound journey)
A cushion if you feel you need one
Eye Mask/pillow (optional)
