Retreat and Relaxation: Embodying Grace, Practicing Peace

A gentle, soulful retreat blending natural movement, sound healing and creative reflection. This retreat invites you to explore the dance of stillness and motion, breath and sound, rest and play. With yoga-inspired practices, restorative sound healing, journaling whilst exploring the ebb and flow of life. You’ll be held in the historic beauty of Shambellie House, at the turning of the season. Weaving playful natural movement, yoga, sound healing and creative reflection as pathways to inner peace. Meeting your own inner rhythm, balancing between motion and stillness.

Suitable for both complete beginners and those with experience.

This retreat is an invitation to embody peace, compassion and grace

This is designed over two days and would welcome partition on both days but equally we understand life and you are welcome to join in either day.
