This half day retreat is designed to relax your body and revive your mind, with a balance of energising and restorative yoga, nourishing food, and deep relaxation. We will combine mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama), meditation and reflective practices to help us connect deeply with ourselves and the present moment, fostering a greater sense of purpose and peace.
Your Day Includes:
Ginger and lemon tea on arrival.
Pranayama (breathing exercises) to reset your nervous system and strengthen the connection between your body and mind.
1 hour restorative yoga to relax your body, mind, let go of tension and restore balance and harmony.
Healthy, nourishing home made lunch (vegetarian)
Short talk on the eight limbs of yoga
Deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra
Open to all. No experience of yoga is necessary.
