🌙 Guided by Tommy of The Sonic Den — a former international recording artist, current Music Education Specialist, and certified Therapeutic Sound Practitioner — each session is a unique journey of meditative sound, intention, and gentle self-love. A space to soften the mind, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with the quiet wholeness within.
