Join Stephie F., E-RYT 500 Kripalu Yoga Teacher, ultra-marathoner and Crossfit athlete, for these specialized yoga workshops designed exclusively for athletes seeking to enhance their performance, prevent injuries, and accelerate recovery. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, competitive athlete, or fitness enthusiast, this targeted program addresses the unique physical demands of athletic training through customized yoga practices.

These workshops combine dynamic movement, targeted stretching, breath work, and mindfulness techniques specifically adapted for athletic bodies and sports performance. Each session integrates evidence-based practices to complement your existing training regimen. Cost is $25 per student per workshop, and you can pre-register at the front desk or under the “Workshops” tab on our app up to 6 weeks in advance. See you there, athletes!
