VICTORY FOR LIFE CELEBRATION!
The U.S. Supreme Court overturned the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision on June 24, 2022, in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. This decision ended the constitutional right to abortion, allowing individual states to regulate or ban abortion access.
Even though Minnesota and many other states continue practicing the gruesome crime of abortion, there was a wonderful victory for life in June of 2022! Many, many babies lives were saved. There are children living today because Roe v. Wade was overturned!
Today, twelve states ban abortion after six weeks. We grieve over any abortion at any stage—the only ban we would support is no abortions, ever. However, many women do not even know they are pregnant at six weeks, so there are babies saved by that ban. Four states have banned abortion at 18 weeks. Six states ban at 20 weeks. Twenty-four States ban at 20–22 weeks. Minnesota has no gestational age limit for abortion—abortion is legal at all stages of pregnancy, and there are no restrictions based on how far along the pregnancy is.
Duluth, Minn., Is proud that they are the only city within hundreds of miles that commit abortions. The “We Health Clinic,” situated in the Building for Women In Duluth, does abortions up to 17 weeks gestation.
What is our Victory Declaration? Before answering that question, I’d like to go to the Scriptures: 2 Chronicles 20:1-24 King Jehoshaphat is being threatened: the Moabites and Ammonites with some of the Meunites came to wage war against Jehoshaphat. The King gathered the people together and prayed to God for mercy. … The Spirit of God came upon Jahazeil: He said: “Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s. Tomorrow march down against them. They will be climbing up by the Pass of Ziz, and you will find them at the end of the gorge in the Desert of Jeruel. You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.’ Early in the morning they left for the Desert of Tekoa. As they set out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.” After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the LORD and to praise him for the splendor of his holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying: “Give thanks to the Lord, for his love endures forever.” As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated.
The Dobbs v. Jackson decision, saved lives. Also, we know of 130 confirmed babies saved from abortion in Duluth since 1998. We also are praising God in faith, for the multitudes of babies saved from abortion that we haven't heard about. God has done and is doing great things today—we know He is answering prayer!

Let us hold the banner of life high and proclaim victory for life in Duluth, Minn., over these unseen enemy forces!
As King Jehoshaphat called for an assembly, we too are calling for an assembly of God’s people “Have faith in the LORD your God and you will be upheld!” Let’s come and march forward with God’s praises on our lips proclaiming victory over the enemies of justice and life.
Come join us! This will be a time of rejoicing and praise! We will met at 10 a.m. on the sidewalk Infront of the abortion center, Create your own victory signs to hold. We will walk down to the corner on Lake and Superior Streets, hold signs, sing praises to God, read Scripture, pray and be a witness for life and the gospel.

Stay as long as you would like! At 11:30 a.m. we will have bagged lunches for you. Last year we handed out extra lunches to people passing by and gave the gospel.
