North Pack Run Club: fall edition

Our favorite block of run club starts in a few weeks!!

This block is all about running for the love of it. We'll do trail runs, road runs, and trail/road combos. Short to mid-distance runs, timed runs, some hills and some intervals.


All paces and levels are welcome. Whether you're just starting your running journey, picking it back up, or have been running on the regular for awhile. We start and finish each run together.

This block will go from September 9th-November 25th. We'll meet Tuesday's 5:30p for shorter runs, sometimes timed, sometimes for miles, and sometimes for interval work. Saturday's we meet at 8:30a. Saturday runs will be timed or distance runs ranging from 3-6 miles. We'll start with timed runs and progress into more miles.

You'll get a suggested running plan, run club swag, and support from me throughout.
