Duluth-stämman 2025: Nordic Music & Dance Festival

The Nordic Center (NC) is proud to present the third annual Duluth-stämman: Folk Music & Dance Festival on June 13th & 14th at UMD, St. Scholastica, and Bent Paddle Brewery. Building off the success of Nisswa-stämman’s 20 years of celebrating Nordic music and dance in the Brainerd area, the NC is excited to continue this festival tradition in the Twin Ports area. This year’s festival will offer dances, workshops, jam circles, performances, youth workshops and activities, and a unique experience that is inclusive to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Admission is free for any youth who participate in a music or dance workshop. This year’s musical performers will include many of the finest Nordic musicians from around North America and a special guest from Denmark. Join us for our pre-stämma jam at Bent Paddle Brewery from 6-9 PM. 6-7 PM will be a dance workshop hosted by Lauluaika.
