Join us for workshops at the Duluth Children's Museum! Each month workshops will immerse your child in creative thinking, hands-on learning, and fun through different themes. Drop-off workshops are designed for children ages 5-10 and are led by our museum educators. All drop-off workshops are drop-off pick-up and include admission to the museum.
Friday, January 16th | 5–7pm: Space Explorers
Blast off into an evening of discovery! In this hands-on workshop, kids ages 5–10 will:
- Build and launch mini stomp rockets
- Create glowing galaxy art
- Experiment with space science activities
- Enjoy a snack and some free exploration of the museum
This workshop blends creativity, STEM learning, and out-of-this-world fun—perfect for curious kids who love to imagine, design, and explore!
This is a drop-off class. Drop-off waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to entry to class. We recommend bringing a water bottle for your child. (Note: the DCM is a nut-free facility.)
Cost: $30 per participant or $25 for current museum members (membership must be current as of day of event). Ticket price includes a small snack and juice box.
