Each potluck, we make dishes with a specific theme. The theme for April will be Hot Stuff -- something that's served warm, that's spicy, that's trendy, or that's really well-dressed! Prepare a main dish, side dish, dessert, or appetizer that's hot for the potluck.

Your dish should not contain any meat, eggs, dairy, fish, butter, honey, or derivatives of these products.

Please bring the recipe or the list of ingredients to share, and please bring a reusable plate to cut down on waste.

We will meet in the youth room of Salem Covenant Church – 339 North 59th Ave. W in Duluth. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Feel free to bring your veg-friendly friends and family!

This spring, we welcome a guest speaker, Dr. Nathan Meyer, of the UMN Climate Adaptation Partnership. During the potluck, Dr. Meyer will speak briefly on projected climate changes in the region, and opportunities to learn more and contribute to our climate resilience. The climate is changing in our region, but we have the tools and information to plan for a resilient future. We will have time for Q&A after the talk, and of course our usual open socializing before and after!
