Introduction to Stand Up Paddleboarding

Have you wanted to learn how to stand up paddleboard (SUP), but battling that internal voice telling you that you can't do it?! Well, I am a certified SUP Instructor and I am here to tell you that YOU CAN DO IT! Anchored Soul offers professional paddle boarding lessons in Belmont, NC and the surrounding areas. We will do everything to give you the best SUP experience. We will teach you proper equipment use, paddle boarding techniques, self-rescue, and basic knowledge about the Lake Hickory.

Lesson includes all equipment:
YOLO 11′ Hammerhead all-around SUP
Adjustable Height Paddle
SUP leash
Personal Flotation Device (PFD)

Each lesson consists of 15 minutes land instruction, 15 minutes water instruction & 2 hours to SUP at your own pace.

Cost is $40/person.
