Together We Rise: A Community Workout for Tara R.

Saturday, August 23rd — 9:00 AM (in place of regular class)

Tara Rucker, a valued member of our CrossFit Dubuque family, has been on a courageous breast cancer journey these past months. Though she’s been away for treatments, her strength and spirit continue to inspire us all. When we asked how we could best support her, Tara’s wish was simple — to come together and workout as a community.

Join us for a special workout Tara designed herself, with modifications to welcome all fitness levels. After the workout, stay for light snacks and connection — because supporting Tara means standing together, both inside and outside the gym.

Let’s show Tara the strength of our community and remind her she’s never alone.
