New Moon Align and Flow with Marcy

Join Marcy for a special New Moon Slow Flow, in lieu of the usual Sunday night class. This grounding practice invites you to slow down, tune inward, and set intentions as we step into a fresh lunar cycle.

Expect a thoughtful, alignment focused flow with space to breathe, reflect, journal, and gently move with purpose. This class is supportive, accessible, and rooted in mindful movement and presence, creating space to reset and begin again.

Come as you are and leave feeling centered, clear, and connected.
