Cleanse away the old year and make space for what’s ahead. Join Austin for a relaxed, grounding slow flow designed to help you release, reset, and settle into the present moment.

Following practice, enjoy a special tea offering curated by Austin and generously sponsored by Enchanted Herb Shop in Galena. And if you know Austin, there may be a few extra surprises woven in, because he always brings a little magic we don’t even know about until it happens.

This is an evening to slow down, connect, and transition intentionally into the new year. Come as you are and leave feeling nourished, calm, and renewed.
