It was so popular in June, we’re bringing it back for Thursdays in August!

Flow, vibe, and sweat in this high-energy heated yoga class where movement meets music. Each class features a fresh playlist — from hip-hop and 90s throwbacks to chill beats — setting the tone for a dynamic, energizing sequence.

Get grounded on your mat, lose yourself in the music, and leave the studio stronger, sweatier, and more inspired.
All levels welcome! Included with memberships or just a $15 drop-in.
