Our first LIVE hip hop flow event was such a huge a success and we’re excited to bring it back for our second year. We are SO excited to bring one of our studio favorites, hip hop yoga, into the spotlight for a special LIVE event again this year! Join Katie B, Kaity K, and Krissy as they take you through a fun, upbeat flow while you get to listen live to DJ Nita Beat on the rooftop of the Smokestack venue.

Stay after for some drinks and community time! This is open to all levels, but (as a lot of you know already) the pace of hip hop yoga goes slightly faster. We invite you to get out of your head, get lost in the music, and have some fun.
