Join us for a powerful and nurturing 2-hour workshop designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, better understand their pelvic floor, and cultivate strength, balance, and awareness from within.

Together, we’ll explore how the pelvic floor supports our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through all stages of life—whether you’re navigating postpartum healing, perimenopause, menopause, or simply seeking greater body awareness.

This experience combines gentle, beginner-friendly yoga and somatic movement led by Kellie from The Well Yoga Dubuque with expert pelvic floor education from Dr. Kaitlyn Smith from Prenatal Postnatal Therapy.

You’ll leave with:
A better understanding of your pelvic floor and how to support it.
Breathing and movement techniques for everyday wellness.
Practical tools for releasing tension, building strength, and feeling empowered in your body.
A sense of community and support on your wellness journey.

Open to all women—no yoga or anatomy knowledge necessary.
