Active Aging Week is a worldwide campaign launched by the International Council of Active Aging to promote the benefits of healthy aging and lifestyles.
We are offering daily activities and educational sessions on the dimensions of wellness including emotional, intellectual, physical, vocational, spiritual, and social. These events will be free and open to adults in the community at large. Registration is required for some events.

Activities will be held at Stonehill Communities and in community locations.
The first 150 participants in Active Aging Week activities will receive a free t-shirt. Wellness Center group fitness classes will be open to non-members on a free trial basis.
