A Call for Peace: Reclaiming Armistice Day

What we know as the Veterans Day holiday has a long and rich history, which may not be familiar to you. November 11th used to be known as Armistice Day, a celebration of the end of war and a return to peace. The subtle shifts in what it is that we celebrate on November 11th say a great deal about our societal values.

Join us at this peace service to learn about and reclaim the heritage of Armistice Day. Our world today needs this more than ever!
