I’m running two special Strength Pilates taster workshops for women this August, open to everyone, whether you’re completely new to Pilates or already love it.

These 75-minute sessions will give you a taste of what Strength Pilates is all about – combining targeted strength work with Pilates to help you feel strong, supple and confident.
