Hypnobirthing Essentials Course

The birth of your baby is likely to be one of the biggest days of your life to date, so I am passionate about helping you to prepare. This engaging and fun antenatal course is designed to help you overcome your worries around childbirth by arming you with knowledge about the process of labour, helping you build up trust in your body and teaching you how to navigate your maternity care so that you can feel calm, confident and in control at the prospect of birthing your baby.

We'll cover all the essential parts of hypnobirthing: The physiology of birth, The mind- body connection, Overcoming fear, Role of the birth partner, Informed decision making, Navigating the maternity system, Breathing & calming techniques, Active birth positions and lots more.

The course is taught in a relaxed way, in a cosy sitting room with me, Kiri (that’s me in the photo below!). There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. It's also a great way to meet other soon-to-be parents.

Included in the day: Your course companion ( your hypnobirthing booklet with all the information you need) and a few take home gifts. There will be plenty of tea, coffee and treats.
