Hosted by Ed Carr and Philip Dunne, Group Sommelier of The Doyle Collection, guests will be guided through a curated selection of House of Arras’s acclaimed Tasmanian sparkling wines. Each wine will be paired with a five-course tasting menu crafted by WILDE’s Executive Chef Sandeep Singh and his team, designed to complement the elegance and complexity of the wines.
