Join me for a day of Somatic Movement Education!

This workshop is designed for a first contact with Somatics, whether you are a self-proclaimed couch potato, stiff as a board, a yoga enthusiast, Pilates aficionado, (shower) singer, (kitchen)dancer, new parent, old parent - you're invited to join.

Simple movements that foster a deep sleep like relaxation and movement awareness, guided by me with verbal instructions (and some hands on feedback if you feel like it). You will be amazed by the impact of small, gentle and considerate movements - on your ability to let go, calm the nervous system and ease hard to reach tightness.
