Dublin Summer Fun Series - Empower Hour

Mix up workout routines with free fitness classes led by Life Time instructors. Classes take place at 6 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday from June 5 through August 28.

All participants are required to sign waivers for the City of Dublin and Life Time onsite. Guests are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a fitness mat.
