HANDS-ON CPR DEMONSTRATION SESSION

Swords Community First Responder Group is pleased to invite you to a hands-on CPR
(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) demonstration and practice session. This is an ideal opportunity to equip yourself with life-saving skills to help you respond effectively in emergencies.

• Date: Saturday, 06th of September
• Time: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Location: The Chalk Venue, Swords - K67 Y935
• Cost: Free (Donations accepted to keep our public AEDs in service throughout Swords)

• The critical importance of CPR in saving lives
• Step-by-step hands-on practice of CPR techniques
• How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Best practices for responding to emergencies
• The location and details for all the public access defibrillators in Swords

regardless of prior experience. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, coach, or simply someone who
wants to be prepared, we encourage you to join us!
