Following the success of my previous class, The Cleanse, I’m returning with part two — a refined experience and the official launch of Bodied by Tee.
I’m back with part two and the official launch of Bodied by Tee. This experience is all about women coming together, moving their bodies, connecting, and building community.
Expect a 30-minute bodyweight and banded workout, plus fun group discussions before the workout to vibe, connect, and set intentions together.
This is more than a workout — it’s the beginning of a community.
