Healthy Trinity in collaboration with Trinity Sport is offering FREE parkHIIT courses on campus. is a free outdoor interval training session based around bodyweight resistance exercises.

park because it takes place in a park and HIIT is an acronym for High Intensity Interval Training.

When: Wednesdays, 1.15-1.45pm for 6 weeks; 7th Feb onwards
