The Sunday Session x Chupi, Dublin

The morning will kick off with a bodyweight workout led by Laura, suitable for all levels of fitness. No equipment needed, just bring your mat.

This will be followed by a cool down and stretch out before we enjoy some post workout goodies from The Sibly while having a chat about all things health and fitness - so come armed with your questions!

We will have also have a juice bar, spot prizes and goodie bags - so you will not be leaving empty handed!

The morning also lends itself to the perfect excuse for some early Christmas shopping starting at Chupi, or why not gather a group of your gals and head for a nice lunch afterwards. The world is your oyster ;)!

The event will run for approx 1.5 hours but please allow for 2 for flexibility.

Please Note: Guests must bring their own mat for the workout.

While the workout will be suitable for all levels of fitness, in purchasing a ticket you are voluntarily agreeing to participe in the exercises advised on the day and are doing so at your own risk.
