'DUBLIN'S LATIN QUARTER' LAUNCH

Join us for the launch of Brendan Lynch's new book DUBLIN'S LATIN QUARTER - A History and Guidebook - is the first comprehensive Visitors’ Guide to the city’s Latin Quarter.

Based in Dublin’s south Georgian enclave, it encompasses the area from Merrion Row to Pembroke Road, both Merrion and Fitzwilliam Squares, the Herbert Street residences of such diverse characters as Brendan Behan and composer Villiers Stanford, and ‘the Artists’ Street’ of Upper Mount Street.It features 80 brief biographies and details of the homes and haunts of Ireland’s most famous writers, artists and musicians.
