Every Thursday evening 7:00 pm ,
we will be at Medyan Cycling track...
Intrested in speed skating? Then join us.

7:00- 7:10 Warmup

7:10-7:20 Skate Lace up

7:20-7:30 > Slow skate from Parking till Track 1 KM.

7:30 - 9:00 > Skate 5 or 6 rounds depends on your adrenaline n stamina

9:00-9:10 Cool down and Stretch
