This hands-on culinary experience fuses the rich heritage of Utah’s landscapes, from mountain farms to desert orchards, with the playful, shareable spirit of Tapas.
Guided by Chef Mark and his culinary team, you’ll create a series of locally inspired small plates that highlight regional flavors and seasonal bounty. Learn techniques that balance bold flavors of Utah’s terroir, one delicious bite at a time.
