This gastronomic adventure awaits you at our Ash Chase Culinary Kitchen, located on the campus of Nook Nook on the cozy evening of Friday, June 13th, 2025, from 6pm to 9pm.

To add a sweet finale, we'll indulge in crafting a refreshingly unique dessert – matcha honey ice cream crowned with a crispy sesame tuile. The contrast of flavors and textures will undoubtedly be a conversation starter and a memorable part of your culinary journey.
Seats for this event are limited, emphasizing the intimate and personalized instruction you'll receive. Capture these special moments as we occasionally snap photos for marketing purposes. However, we honor privacy with the utmost respect; please inform us beforehand if you'd prefer not to be photographed.
Securing your seat is as simple as completing the registration with full payment—a testament to your anticipated presence at an event we lovingly prepare for. Note that our classes and events are non-refundable due to the preparatory costs involved, but we are flexible if you wish to pass on the experience to a friend or family member instead.
Stay hydrated and comfortable during the class, with water bottles provided and the option to bring your favorite beverage. Aprons are on hand to keep you clean, though you're welcome to don your favorite one from home.
