Full Moon π Gong Sound Bath w/ Scot McClellan (In Person)
Julyβs Full Moon, known as the Buck Moon, is about determination, progress, and purposeful growth. It is a time to focus on how far youβve come and use your energy to reach for the next step. Like the young deer whose antlers are growing, this full moon invites you to move forward with intention.
The resonant sounds of the gong will guide you to a state of relaxation and healing. The vibrations of the gong work deep in the body to help release tension and emotional blockages to produce a sense of harmony. As the sounds wash over you, they will encourage the mind and body to let go, allowing physical and emotional renewal.
Allow the gong to carry you out into the Universe. The gong will offer an expansive experience, engulfing one in sound that can help promote health and balance. A native Inuit drum, crystal bowls, chimes, and Tingsha cymbals will bring grounding.
