This is a 7-session sound-led journey, created as a complete series rather than a one-off sound bath.
Each session is a full sound immersion, using a dedicated soundscape created specifically for this journey. Sound and vibration lead the experience, allowing the body and nervous system to settle, open, and recalibrate naturally over time.
The journey moves through the seven chakras one by one, with each session building on the last. This soundscape will not be used in regular sound baths.
You are welcome to attend a single session or experience the full journey, depending on what feels right for you.
Additional Support
Optional sound healing meditations will be made available through the Harmonic app to support the journey between sessions. A Root Chakra sound meditation will be shared with participants at the beginning of the journey.
