📖 Background
Loyal to cartel leader Dario Antonio Úsuga, captured by the DEA with Colombian Army assistance in September 2023.
A new acting leader has since taken control — known only as “La Barba” (The Beard), a man with a taste for Cuban cigars.
Los Urabeños are the dominant force in the region and currently control all five major drug factories in the FRV Valley.
🟥 FACTION 2: LA SANGRE NUEVA
(The New Blood)

• Plain civilian clothing
• Red bandanas or armbands
• Tactical vests allowed
📖 Background
A disgruntled splinter group from within Los Urabeños, formed in a desperate grab for power.
Rumours suggest they may—or may not—have helped the DEA with key information…
They are loyal to no one but themselves and will do anything to seize control of the drug factories.

FACTION 3: TASK FORCE RETRIBUCIÓN
(Colombian Army / DEA Joint Task Force)
👕 Appearance
• FULL CAMOUFLAGE ONLY
• Any headwear allowed
• DEA agents must wear LARGE DEA BADGES
• Clearly visible front & back
📖 Background
A joint task force formed by the Colombian Army and the DEA to dismantle cartel operations in the area.
Help may have been received from certain groups — but that doesn’t mean everyone is an ally.
