REST & RENEW: SOUND SPA EXPERIENCE

As spring blossoms, this soothing two-hour Sound Spa Experience with Tessa Ann offers a space to deeply rest and gently replenish your energy. This session is delivered with the intention of supporting renewal — using warm, spacious and restorative soundscapes to calm the body, settle the mind and nurture your inner world.

Held in the cosy studio at Down Arts Centre, the session closes with tea/coffee and quiet reflection.
Spaces are limited to 12 people.

Please bring: A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a bottle of water.
Wear comfortable clothing.
