Spot a Stroke and Be F.A.S.T.

Learn how to reduce the risks of stroke and spot a stroke using B.E. F.A.S.T. Every 40 seconds someone in the United States has a stroke. However, by making healthy lifestyle changes and learning the warning signs of stroke, people can control some factors that raise their risk and increase their awareness and response to stroke. During the session, participants will learn steps to reduce your risk of stroke, how to identify the warning signs of stroke, what to do if you or a loved one is having a stroke, and the importance of calling 911 to get emergency help.
