Journey Within Sound Meditation
Settle in and relax while indulging in the practice of deep listening. This simple practice challenges our need to 'do' by inviting us to 'be'. To be present, to be still, to quiet the mind by allowing the sounds to carry you to the inner self within.

This is a treat to the nervous system and to our active, busy minds. Allow yourself to be nurtured by soothing vibrations and sweet sounds.
