Clearing and Warding Your Space

Everything has an energetic vibration that is affected by other vibrations that it is exposed to. This includes the spaces we occupy. Whether it be our homes, offices, even our vehicles, the events that happen within can leave a trace behind. Our own emotions and personal interactions is one such example. If we have had a round of extreme upheaval, confrontation, argument or even loss, it can cause disruptive energy within the space.

One of the ways we can help to transmute and transform this is by clearing the energy and creating healthy boundaries.
