Wine Pairing Dinner Featuring Green Fork Food

We're excited to host Green Fork Food for a special wine pairing dinner at the winery! We're staying open late (Food service until 8:00) to sample some of the amazing dishes Chef John & Chef Tiphani have prepared!

This is an a la carte dinner. You'll be able to choose whatever plates you're interested in trying directly from Green Fork. You can choose to try them with the suggested wine pairings (or make your own pairing if you like!) by the glass or in a mixed flight. Plate prices will range from $14-22.

Food: Wild Mushroom & Blue cheese Toast Point
Wine: 2022 Cab XL

Food: Stilton cheese, sliced steak, bearnaise sauce on a parmesan cheese churro
Wine: 2023 Trilogy

Food: Blistered and smoked shishito Peppers tossed with Miso- Malt Vinegar and sour cream aioli
Wine: 2023 Traminette

Food: crudité with chevre basil creamy dressing
OR Crudite with chevre Hummus spread garnished with basil
Wine: 2023 Dry Riesling

Food: Avocado Tuna Tataki and citrus caviar
Wine: 2023 Pinot Gris

Food: Basque Cheesecake
OR Lemon Meringue tart
Wine: 2024 Summit Riesling
