Soak up the serenity of summer with a gentle outdoor sound healing session nestled in the lavender fields of Summerhouse Lavender Farm.

Let the soft scent of lavender and the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, rainsticks, and chimes guide you into deep relaxation and emotional release.

🎶 Led by Monica Munson, Certified Holistic Complementary Therapist, this trauma-informed session invites you to lay back, breathe deeply, and restore your nervous system.

🧺 Bring:

A yoga mat, towel, or blanket to lay on

Optional: pillow, hat, sunglasses, and water bottle for comfort in the sun
