Annual Meeting

For nearly a century, the Wyoming Pioneer Association has gathered alongside the Wyoming State Fair and Rodeo—and 2025 will be no exception. Join the festivities on Thursday, August 14, as Pioneer Day returns to the fairgrounds. The Association’s annual meeting will be held in the Ruthe James Williams Memorial Conference Center, offering a great opportunity to reconnect with friends from across the state. Registration is just $20 and includes lunch, with sign-up available in advance or at the door.

While you’re there, be sure to stop by the nearby Pioneer Cabin, where vendors will be set up and occasional live music adds to the festive atmosphere.
