This powerful workshop is for women ready to reclaim their anger as a force for empowerment. It’s not just a place to vent—it’s a space to transmute anger into insight, action, and creative power.
We’ll start in a cosy lounge circle, opening the conversation in a safe, supportive space. Then, out in nature, we’ll engage in somatic and expressive practices to move, activate, and channel anger in a way that feels freeing, not overwhelming.

📍 Date, Time & Location: We will meet in the carpark at the Sportanlage Gigersloch 4143 Dornach on Saturday 16th June at 9.30am.
By tram: Take the 10 tram to Dornach-Arlesheim and then bus 66 or 67 to Dornach Museumsplatz and walk 5 minutes.
By train: Take the S3 from Basel to Dornach-Arlesheim and then bus 66 or 67 to Dornach Museumsplatz and walk 5 minutes.
By car: There is free parking available in the Sportanlage Gigersloch
